Hi Oprah peeps! So I think I did it right this time I saw this today:

We are now accepting reservation requests for April tapings until 11:59 pm CST. You may submit your request at any time within the reservation window--all requests have an equal chance of being selected. Seats will be filled by a random selection process once the window has closed.

And I sent in a few requests for dates (hope I did it right!!) PLEASE PICK ME!! I would love to come!

Hi Oprah Friends...

I took a little break from writing you because I'll be honest, I was getting a little sad that no one has acknowledged me in 37 days and I was feeling like it was a lost cause. I decided to step back for a few days and not stress about it, so I took a break.

Good morning! It's Spring Forward day! All these years I never looked forward to springing forward because we lost an hour of sleep! But this year I figured out how to work that to my advantage! Is it bad that I actually sprung forward last night instead so that my kids would go to bed an hour early? I thought it was genius and I couldn't figure out how I had not thought of this before!!

I have a headache today my dear friends at the Oprah Show...so trying to think of something to say as to why you should bless me with some tickets to the show is proving to be more difficult than it usually is. It's not a particularly busy weekend, a family dinner - a soccer game - maybe order some pizza in. I think I need something to make it exciting, don't you think? Hi Oprah friends! Yesterday I wrote to you to tell you how I though Chelsea Handler was the funniest comedian out there. Last night I went to her show here in Chicago and I have to say, she wasn't all that funny. So maybe I need to change my answer! It certainly was a fun night out with my husband, but I'm sure it wouldn't compare to the fun I could have if you sent me tickets to see Oprah!

Dear Oprah Show Day 32

So I'm kind of bummed. Yesterday after I sent you an email about sending me some tickets to an upcoming show (not to mention the emails I sent the 30 days prior to yesterday), as I was hitting submit something caught my eye. It was a box that said "Be on the Show"...I clicked on it, and I saw another box that said "The reservation window is currently closed. Please continue to check back for updates on when the April reservation window will be open". How did I miss this very important box all this time?!? I will keep writing you to let you know how much I would love to come see a show...but I'm kind of thinking right now maybe this is all kind of pointless. Maybe there is no other way to get tickets, other than to be lucky and looking at that box at the right time :(.

It's Sunday March 7th. You know life got busy when on Sunday March 7th you are getting together with close friends to celebrate Christmas! You read that right, the Christmas presents are still sitting in the corner of the living room for our friends and today we are finally getting together to celebrate! Dear Oprah Show Day 29

I love when I wake up in the morning and the sun is shining! I don't however love it when my 3 year old toddles into my room and starts barking at me "Mommy, I NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEED Juice"..."MOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMYYYYYYYY, put Mickey on"! I was hoping my husband was back from a morning run so he could deal with it and I could sleep in, but alas that was not the case and I had to muster myself out of bed in the 6 o'clock hour. Boo. No way to start a beautiful sun shining Saturday morning right?

So let's turn this day around into a happy, I-can't-believe-this-is-happening-to-me kind of day. I would love to hear from you...I would love the hear a beautiful sentence from you...that sing songy sentence that I keep hearing in my mind..."Hi Christi, this is the Oprah show we'd love to send you some tickets"!

It's LOST night! Only 20 more minutes to go and I'm watching the clock! I think after they wrap up the final season of Lost this May that Oprah should do a show with the cast of Lost and the producers! Now THAT is a show I would LOVE to attend!

Dear Oprah Show Day 24

So last night I had a dream that I got tickets to the Oprah show! I arrived at Harpo Studio and was ushered into a "special" elevator that only held 2 people (which was kind of bizzaro actually) and got all kinds of VIP treatment - front row seats, hair and make-up, I even got to have lunch with Oprah herself! I was disappointed when I woke up and realized it was just a dream, and although I know if I were to get real tickets in real life it wouldn't quite work out the way it did last night - but I would be just as excited!

Make that dream come true! Send some tickets my way!
